You don’t need any prior experience with hypnotherapy for it to work - it’s designed to be effortless! Hypnosis gently rewires your subconscious patterns, helping you to access your calm, patience, and be in control without having to “try” harder. All you have to do is get as comfortable as possible when we do it on our calls & when you listen to my audio's before bed, you’ll wake up feeling more aligned to your goal. It can take 21 days although many mums notice a shift within just a few days! It's safe & very relaxing.
